(Reuters) - Major indexes had fallen earlier in the day after
weaker-than-expected durable goods data.
The Dow Jones industrial average was up 37.96
points, or 0.28 percent, at 13,375.62. The Standard & Poor's
500 Index was up 8.19 points, or 0.55 percent, at
1,501.08. The Nasdaq Composite Index was up 23.38
points, or 0.91 percent, at 2,597.54.
