Brazil stocks end at record high, currency firms

(Reuters) - The Bovespa index of the Sao Paulo Stock Exchange
rose 0.91 percent to close at 56,443.73 points.




The benchmark index, up nearly 27 percent so far in 2007,
has gained in seven out of the past eight sessions and closed
at a record every day this week except Wednesday.
