(Bloomberg) -- French President Nicolas Sarkozy
said airlines should be subject to limits on carbon emissions to
help combat global warming.
Sarkozy, speaking at an event in Paris today, said proposed
European Union limits must be applied to all airlines, not just
European carriers.
