(Bloomberg) -- The Canadian dollar approached a
three-week low after prices of crude oil declined.
``Oil is still on people's mind,'' said Stephen Malyon, a
currency strategist in Toronto at Scotia Capital Inc. ``The soft
commodity price is a good reason to explain the decline in the
Canadian dollar today.''
