Deutsche Boerse, Deutz, Infineon, MAN and MediGene: German Equity Preview

(Bloomberg) -- The following stocks may rise or fall
in German markets.

Germany's X-DAX Index climbed 0.9 percent to 7529.98. The
index provides an estimate of the DAX Index, based on trading in
DAX futures after the Xetra electronic market closes. The DAX
added 0.1 percent to 7456.31 on the Xetra electronic-trading
system.

(Bloomberg) -- The following stocks may rise or fall
in German markets. Stock symbols are in parentheses after the
company names and prices are from the Xetra close unless
otherwise stated.

DAX futures expiring in September tumbled 118, or 1.5
percent, to 7975.50 at 8:21 a.m. in Frankfurt. The DAX fell 0.8
percent to 8038.21 on the Xetra electronic-trading system.

Germany's DAX Index Climbs to Record, Led by Shares of BASF, Allianz

(Bloomberg) -- German stocks advanced, led by BASF
AG, Allianz SE and Deutsche Bank AG.

The benchmark DAX Index rose 83.97, or 1 percent, to a
record 8137.40 as of 9:10 a.m. in Frankfurt. The HDAX Index of
the country's 110 biggest companies climbed 1 percent.

German DAX Benchmark Index Retreats; Led by Continental, TUI, Siemens

(Bloomberg) -- German stocks dropped, led by
Continental AG, TUI AG and Siemens AG.

The benchmark DAX Index lost 89.49, or 1.1 percent, to
7875.27 as of 9:10 a.m. in Frankfurt. The HDAX Index of the
country's 110 biggest companies also dropped 1.1 percent.

German Stocks Including Bayer, Linde, MAN Decline; BMW, Merck Move Higher

(Bloomberg) -- German stocks including Bayer AG,
Linde AG and MAN AG declined. Merck KGaA and Bayerische Motoren
Werke AG paced rising shares.

The DAX rose 2.48, or less than 0.1 percent, to 7989.61 at
10:13 a.m. in Frankfurt. DAX futures expiring in September
decreased 0.2 percent to 8034.50. The HDAX Index of the
country's 110 biggest companies shed 0.2 percent.

German Stocks Increase; Merck, BMW, Commerzbank Shares Pace the Advance

(Bloomberg) -- German stocks rose, led by Merck
KGaA, Bayerische Motoren Werke AG and Commerzbank AG.

The benchmark DAX Index rose 15.15, or 0.2 percent, to
8002.28 as of 9:10 a.m. in Frankfurt. The HDAX Index of the
country's 110 biggest companies climbed 0.2 percent.

Germany's DAX Index Decreases; Shares of Allianz, E.ON Pace the Drop

(Bloomberg) -- Germany's benchmark index dropped for
the first time in three days, led by Allianz SE after Merrill
Lynch & Co. removed the stock from its ``most preferred'' list.
E.ON AG, the Germany's largest utility, also fell.

The DAX Index lost 52.03, or 0.7 percent, to 7955.29 at
9:56 a.m. in Frankfurt. DAX futures expiring in September fell
0.6 percent to 8029. The HDAX Index of the country's 110 biggest
companies retreated 0.6 percent.

DAX Index Rises for Second Day; Linde Group, Volkswagen, BASF Pace Advance

(Bloomberg) -- Germany's benchmark DAX Index rose
for a second day, led by shares of Linde Group and BASF AG.

Volkswagen AG gained after the carmaker said its venture
with China FAW Group Corp. may boost profit by at least a
quarter this year.

European stocks end up on insurers, DAX hits record

(Reuters) - European shares ended higher on Wednesday as merger and acquisition talk surrounding insurers and banks helped markets pare losses struck in the past two sessions and Germany's 30 share DAX hit a record close.

Allianz rose for the fifth day in a row, with the day's 2 percent gain stoked by a report in a German stock market newsletter that Deutsche Bank was in talks to buy the retail operations of the insurer's Dresdner Bank unit.

German DAX Benchmark Rises for a Fourth Day, Led by Volkswagen, Henkel

(Bloomberg) -- Germany's benchmark DAX Index gained
for a fourth day, led by Volkswagen AG after the carmaker said it
will raise the number of workers in its Auto 5000 plant in
Wolfsburg, Germany. Henkel KGaA and BASF AG also increased.

The DAX added 54.06, or 0.7 percent, to 8084.70 at 9:46 a.m.
in Frankfurt. DAX futures expiring in September climbed 0.8
percent to 8173. The HDAX Index of the country's 110 biggest
companies increased 0.7 percent.

Germany's DAX Index Increases; E.ON, Siemens, Bayer Lead Gaining Shares

(Bloomberg) -- German stocks advanced, led by E.ON
AG, Siemens AG and Bayer AG.

The benchmark DAX Index rose 77.52, or 1 percent, to 7758.28
as of 9:06 a.m. in Frankfurt. The HDAX Index of the country's 110
biggest companies climbed 1.1 percent.

European shares set to jump as global stocks bounce

(Reuters) - Soaring bond yields had raised concerns that higher borrowing costs would slow takeover activity and profit growth -- two engines of the market's spring rally.




Financial bookmakers expect UK's FTSE 100 index to gain 0.4 percent, Germany's DAX is seen up 0.8 percent and France's CAC is seen rising 0.7 percent.

Germany's DAX Index Recovers Losses; Siemens, Infineon, Linde Increase

(Bloomberg) -- Germany's DAX Index rebounded, as
shares of Siemens AG, Infineon Technologies AG and Linde AG
advanced.

The benchmark DAX Index added 32.06, or 0.4 percent, to
7767.94 as of 4:08 p.m. in Frankfurt after losing as much as 0.9
percent earlier. The HDAX Index of the country's 110 biggest
companies climbed 0.4 percent.
